Let us put away our sicknesses by faith, just
as we put away our sins.

Once we become aware of a sin, we will not
tolerate it in our lives. We confess it and let
it go, even when the devil tries to tell us we
are not forgiven.

We must do the same thing with sickness.
The Lord's compassion should be our basis
for faith.

Since Christ has redeemed us from sickness,
surely we can trust His love and faithfulness.
There is only one way to resist the devil; and
that is to steadfastly believe and act upon the
Word of God.

Act like you are well, no matter how it feels!
Every time the devil tempted Jesus, He
answered "It is written" and quoted the
verse or portion of the Word to him.

Always tell people what the Word of God
says and not what the devil says.
James 5:14 "The Lord shall raise him up".
also in this verse, "in the Name of the Lord"
means the same as if the Lord Himself has
anointed you.

Expect Him to honor His own promise!
God's Word plainly says, "They shall lay
hands on the sick and they shall recover,"

After you have been anointed for healing,
Satan tells you that you will not recover,
be like Jesus and say to him, It is written,
I shall recover!
Real faith rejoices in the promise of God as
if it saw the healing manifested and was
enjoying it!
2 Corinthians 4:10-11
"Always bearing about in the body the dying
of the Lord Jesus (which was for our victory),
that the life also of Jesus might be made
manifest in our body. For we which live are
always delivered unto death for Jesus' sake,
that the life also of Jesus might be made
manifest in our mortal flesh."

Bodily Health!!!
Praise God because it is a good thing to give
thanks unto the Lord.

Praise Him because to withhold praise will
show either unbelief or ingratitude.

Praise Him because He inhabits the praises
of His people
"By him, therefore, let us offer the sacrifice
of praise to God continually, the fruit of our
lips, giving thanks to His name."

"Whoso offereth praise glorifieth Me."

"Because Thy loving kindness is better than
life, my lips shall praise thee."
"Also a multitude gathered from the sur-
rounding cities to Jerusalem, bringing sick
people and those who were tormented by
unclean spirits, and they were all healed."
Acts 5:16

Even after Jesus had been crucified, rose
back to life again, and ascended into heaven,
we see the very same work that Jesus per-
formed, while on the earth, still taking place
through the hands of His disciples, and
with the very same intensity - all being
healed. And why not? Hebrews 13:8 tells
us that "Jesus Christ is the same yesterday,
today and forever!"
Since everything that hath breath is commanded
to praise the Lord, the only excuse for not prais-
ing Him is to be dead (no breath).
Praise God because faith without works is dead.

In everything give thanks, for this is the will of
God concerning you."

"I will praise the Lord at all times, His praise
shall continually be in my mouth."

Every sick Christian, while he is sick, has a
thousand times more to be happy about than
the most cheerful sinner who is in perfect health!
"Let not your heart be troubled." "In nothing
be anxious (or distracted), but with thanks-
giving let your requests be made known
unto God." "Casting all your care upon Him,
for he careth for you."
"Let everything that hath breath praise the
Lord."

While we are still sick, we are to praise Him,
because we are going to recover according to
His promise.

Even a sick person has breath.
Instead of listening to the devil,
make him listen to you praise God
for His promises!
" Be glad and rejoice for the Lord will do
great things," and accordingly "they were
continually in the Temple praising and
blessing God,"

not after, but before they received from
God. It was when they lifted up their voices
and praised the Lord that the glory of the
Lord came upon them. They believed His
words and not their circumstances, and
sang praises!

and dwelt among us......"
"And the LORD will take away from you all
sickness, and will afflict you with none of
the terrible diseases of Egypt which you
have known, but will lay them on all those
who hate you." Deuteronomy 7:15

If this was a promise to God's covenant

people under the Old Covenant, how much
more does this benefit of health pertain to
us today; as we are under the New Covenant
which is based upon the precious Blood of
Jesus Christ!

Romans 8:11

"But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus
from the dead dwells in you, He who
raised Christ from the dead will also
give life to your mortal (Natural, Earthly)
bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you."

Take a close look at this Scripture. This is
talking about your body that you have now,
not the one you're going to receive one day
in heaven! Allow the Lord to impart His life
into you by placing faith in His Word.
Begin to praise Him for this promise!
