You know that God anointed Jesus from Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power. Jesus went everywhere and did good things, such as healing everyone who was oppressed of the devil. Jesus did these things because God was with him.

Show your power by healing, performing miracles, and doing amazing things through the power and the name of your holy servant Jesus.

These people have become close-minded and hard of hearing. They have shut their eyes so that their eyes never see. Their ears never hear. Their minds never understand. And they never return to me for healing!

The Sun of Righteousness will rise with healing in his wings for you people who fear [reverence] my name.

He was wounded for our rebellious acts. He was crushed for our sins. He was punished so that we could have peace, and we received healing from his wounds.

A joyful heart promotes healing;
but a broken spirit dries up the bones.

Careless words are like a sword, but words of wise people bring healing. Our purpose as Christians is to bring healing in our words to the ones we come around or come around us!

God said Himself, He was the healer of His people: I am the Lord who heals you, Exodus 15:26. What He spoke to the Israelites, He says to us also!

Satan is a liar because Jesus said so! He tells people that God's Word isn't true. He has lied to people from the beginning and has broken every promise he has ever made.

Is there any reason why we shouldn't have faith in God? He has never broken any of His promises.

F.F.Bosworth said:   "Don't doubt God. If you must doubt something, doubt your doubts, because they are unreliable; but never doubt God nor His Word."

God stands behind His word [backs it up] to accomplish it. There is no reason for doubting Him.

Jeremiah 1:12 ". . .I will hasten my word to perform it."
The word hasten means: to watch over, to look after, to protect, or to stand behind.

God is not a man that He should lie; neither the son of man, that He should repent: has He said and shall He not do it? or has He spoken and shall He not make it good?  Numbers 23:19

If we have confidence that God will keep His promises to us, that is faith....it's that simple.

Knowing God's will concerning sickness gives us the ground on which our faith can act.

Once we are totally convinced that God wants to heal us and that it isn't God's will for us to be sick, it is easier to receive healing when praying for it or being prayed for.

But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed. For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord, James 1:6-7.

 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.  Hebrews 11:6

Faith cannot exist with doubt and until faith is exercised without doubt or wavering, we may never be healed.

If we are sick, God wants to heal us. We must be fully convinced that God wants us to be well, or else there will always be a doubt in our mind or heart as to whether or not we will be healed.

I will take sickness away from you. The number of your days I will fulfill, Exodus 23:25-26.
