Communion isn't just a ritual, when we take
it, we are taking part of the life of Jesus, His
death and His benefits. In Him there is both
spiritual and physical life. . .
"it is made manifest in our mortal flesh"
2 Corinthians 4:11

Again, we are not to forget all His benefits,
He forgives all of our iniquities (sins);
and heals all of our diseases,
he redeems (rescues) our lives from
destruction; (Psalms 103:3)
