In Proverbs we see the way of getting
results from the promises in God's Word:

"Incline thine ears unto my sayings."
We must constantly listen to it.

"Let them not depart from thine eyes."
We must constantly be looking at it.

"Keep them in the midst of thine heart."
There must be a constant reverant heart.
