It is the gospel which the Holy Spirit says,
"is the power of God unto salvation," both
physically and spiritually.

And all the gospel is for "every creature"
and for "all nations."

"Himself bare our sicknesses" Matthew 8:17,
is just as true and part of the gospel as "Who
his own self bare our sins in His own body
on the tree." 1 Peter 2:24
