The Great Commission is to meet our
spiritual need, Mark 16:16, "He that believeth
and is baptized, shall be saved."

Everyone of us can apply this part of the
commission to ourselves; teaching that
faith in Christ is necessary for salvation and
that unbelief excludes us from it.
