Everyone who has been baptized in the Holy
Spirit has an anointing of the Spirit in them.

1John 2:27 "But the anointing which ye have
received of him abideth in you. . . ." We have
the right to lay hands, in faith, on anyone, if
they release their faith and we can expect
them to be healed.
