Someone said, "When you laid hands on me
I felt the power of God. I felt alright for two
or three days, but now every symptom has
come back.

There was no faith on the part of the person
to give action to that power. They knew it was
there; they felt God's healing power through
out their body, but they didn't act on the Word
of God.
