Paul wrote a letter to the churches in Galatia.
He said, "He therefore that ministereth to you
the Spirit, and worketh miracles among you,
doeth he it by the works of the law, or by the
hearing of faith?"

Of course, the answer was, by the hearing of
faith.

He said that the miracles which were done
among them, and the Holy Spirit that was
ministered was done by the hearing of faith.
